Hotel Policies

The JW Marriott Miami is committed to a smoke-free policy.

 

PARKING

– Non overnight Valet discount of $27 plus tax per car per day.

– Valet Parking for Overnight Guests is available at a fee of $57.00 per vehicle, per day, plus applicable state and local taxes (currently 15% City Surcharge and 7% Sales tax). Day use valet parking is subject to hourly rates, plus applicable state and local taxes.

– Valet parking only in onsite parking garage. Motorcycle and oversized vehicle parking is not available.

 

EARLY CHECK-IN/ LATE CHECK-OUT

– Early check-in is considered any time before 4:00 pm. Early check-in is considered a request and subject to availability. As usual, we will do our best to get rooms ready before noon. In order to guarantee early check-in, guests must pay for a previous night to ensure an available room at the time of check-in.

– Late check-out is considered any time after 12:00 pm. Late check-out will not be guaranteed and is subject to availability.
 The Hotel must be notified on or before the “Cut-off-Date” of any early check-ins and late check-outs.

– The Hotel will determine whether it can accept these requests on a space available basis at that time.

 

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS

– All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

– Guests may cancel their reservation for no charge before 11:59 PM local hotel time 2 day[s] before arrival.

– Please note that the Hotel will assess a fee equal to one night’s stay if guests must cancel after this deadline. If the guest has made a prepayment, the Hotel will retain all or part of the prepayment. If not, the Hotel will charge the guest credit card on file.
